Before starting her own company in 2011, Delia worked as an event and wedding co-coordinator for various catering and hospitality companies.
Delia has also an extensive background in the fine dining industry with over 15 years experience in restaurants, wineries and Heli ski companies. She has an acute attention to detail and a passion for exceptional food and wine.
Her management career has taken her to many parts of the world including Bermuda and New Zealand.
